Who am I?

My name is Jochem, I am 22 years old, and a full-time missionary. I am from the Netherlands and currently based in Perth, Australia. I work with Youth With A Mission, and my mission is to see the Gospel go into all nations, and to go wherever God sends me.

I've always loved missions and since April 2025 I've been in missions full-time.

Why missions?

God has called His church to Go and make disciples of all nations. My heart longs to see all nations be reached with the Gospel. That everyone may have a choice to follow Jesus. Romans 10:14 says: "But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?"

Matthew 28:19 NKJV

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
